Transcript Requests
If you would like to request a copy of your student transcript, please complete and submit the Request for Transcript Form with a non-refundable transcript fee of $20 (cash or money order). Requests can be emailed to coless@hdsb.ca
Proof of identification is needed when picking up transcripts.
