Dear Burlington Central Parents/Guardians and Students,

It’s hard to believe that we have only four weeks before the Winter Break!  We still have lots planned, as you can see below. Please note these upcoming key dates as they apply to you:

Nov 23 - Professional Development Day

This Friday, November 23 is a Professional Development Day.  There will be no classes for Secondary and Elementary Students.

Main office staff will be engaged in professional development and therefore the main office will be closed all day.  Pre-arranged student-led conferences with families and Elementary teachers will proceed as planned; Secondary staff will be at subject-specific professional development workshops off-site.

Nov 26 to Dec 7 - Grade 12 Grad Photos

Grade 12 grad photos will be taking place from November 26 to December 7 in the Library Seminar Room by appointment only. Please visit bookmygrad.ca and enter school code: BCH to book your appointment.

Nov 28 to Dec 1 - Burlington Central’s Musical Spamalot

Tickets to our fall production, Spamalot, are available on School Cash Online or at the door.  Ticket price is $10 for students and $15 for adults. This is a whole-school show, featuring students from grades 7 to 12.  Come and support Burlington Central’s Arts and enjoy the work of our very talented artists, musicians, technicians and actors.

Dec 10 - Burlington Central High School’s Academic Achievement Luncheon

Letters of invitation have been distributed to Honours Society and top subject award recipients.  This student-centred event will be held during secondary lunch in the Auditorium. Students are asked to RSVP by November 30.
